Job Specification:

The Bleep 360 Group’s Compliance and Audit function covers a wide variety of compliance aspects across the business, and we are looking to grow the Clinical Governance aspect of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Compliance team and the Clinical team to ensure all registered candidates undergo their annual reviews, appraisals, and revalidation
• Conducting various checks on working candidates such as DBS, NMC, References
• Liaising with previously compliant candidates to help them reactivate their profiles and enable them to work again
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks such as Uploading documents to the CRM, creating ID badges for working candidates, and arranging training courses for candidates.
• Completing references for candidates who have historically worked for the Bleep 360 Group.
• Monitoring Complaints inboxes to ensure information is dealt with in a line with expectations Engaging with Clients and candidates to improve our service
• Working closely with the registered Clinical nurse advisor to ensure personal development of our external workforce.
• Support the Compliance and Audit department with day-to-day tasks and requests for the wider business
• Provide support for file sign offs prior to candidates engaging in placements.

• Being an advocate for the Compliance functions throughout the business

• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts
• Being resilient when dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to cope under pressure including time constraints, and deliver high quality of work at all times.
