The Bleep 360 Group provides our sister companies with centralised support, holding together all the operational and sales support functions needed for success including Compliance, Pay & Bill, Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Business Support. With the nature of our companies involving the supply of various healthcare professionals and care services, our agency workers must be paid accurately, and our clients billed exactly. Without accurate pay and bill, the businesses would not be able to be profitable and financially healthy.  

The Role
All our businesses have a weekly payroll run, which ensures our temporary workers are paid every Friday. We require an Associate Pay & Bill Administrator to support with daily shift entry, key liaison with the recruitment teams and first line support to candidates to support the Pay & Bill team prepare for the weekly payroll. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, attentive and an effective communicator.  

Reports to:
  • Group Pay & Bill Manager
 
Main Duties:
  • Processing and supporting 5 x weekly payrolls with data input
  • Assist with candidate set-up ahead of payroll runs
  • Process candidate updates onto the database
  • Supporting the payroll team with data entry
  • Running weekly payroll checks
  • Entering Booking
  • Successfully be able to troubleshoot a payroll query to find a solution
  • Liaising with the Nursing team to maximise revenue processed in payroll
  • Assisting credit control
  • Assisting with invoicing queries from clients
  • Reconciling payments
  • MI Data entry monthly/weekly
 
Required Key Skills:
  • Previous experience within frontend payroll/accounts admin
  • Previous experience with a weekly payroll
  • Understanding of the payroll cycle from beginning to end
  • Can demonstrate excellent administrative and organisation skills
  • Meticulous and a high level of accuracy; excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management whilst maintaining quality
  • Good Mathematical Skills; Minimum C Grade GCSE
  • Good IT skills; Knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Is able to liaise, work and communicate effectively with multiple parties in order to achieve a desired outcome
  • Able to deal with pressures, often time pressures within payroll
  • Self-motivated and responsible
  • Respectful and understanding of keeping information confidential
  • Adaptable to change; someone who is able to effectively respond to change and new approaches
 
Working Hours
Monday 08:30-18:00 (If necessary, otherwise 17:00)
Tuesday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00
