Due to exciting expansion plans we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a passionate, supportive and hard-working team. You will work closely with the regional team leaders and the Head of Sales & Business providing all aspects of administration.

Key duties and responsibilities: - Coordinate all placement bookings via online portals.
- Booking and confirming all placement bookings via CRM platform, using SMS and email system.
- Monitoring any shift amendments on the portal system and updating the candidate(s) accordingly.
- Gathering candidate availability using VOIP system whilst logging it via CRM system.
- Coordinating placement bookings via VOIP, Text message and email system.
- Liaising with day consultants, regarding updates/changes that relate to clients or candidates.
- Engaging positively with all active candidates within the CRM system.
- Act as first point of contact for bookings and availability.
- Adhere to all internal recruitment process and policies.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all active candidates, endorsing the Bleep values.
- Completing and updating candidate compliance requirements for clients.
- Liaising with Regional team leaders and managers.
- Updating spreadsheets as required.
- Diary management for all candidates.
Successful recruitment consultant should be able to demonstrate:- A good understanding of the nursing sector
- Excellent candidate management skills
- Ability to spot and expand potential business
- Self-motivated.
- Target driven.
- Punctual and dependable.
The successful candidate will possess the following:- 1-2 years experience as a consultant in a Healthcare / Nursing recruitment setting
- Ability to expand business and work a specialised a vertical
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills

This is a full time position working from state of the art offices in Canary Wharf – with work from home every Monday. Every Friday is dress down. There is a free bar and free barista on site.
